Nucleotide Sequence Alignments

Alignments of various nucleotide sequences to the reference sequences of selected genomes include:

• EST sequences
• microarray probe sequences
• short-read sequences (e.g. RNA-seq)
• Rfam covariance models

Alignments of reference genomes to each other are also available, as part of the Ensembl Comparative Genomics ("Compara") database.
