VectorBase
VectorBase is a NIAID-funded
Bioinformatics Resource Center focused on the
invertebrate vectors of human pathogens. VectorBase works with the sequencing centres and the
research community to provide genome annotation for a number of vector genomes. We participate
in the VectorBase consortium and represent a number of genomes annotated by VectorBase within
Ensembl Genomes.
