About Schistocerca americana

Schistocerca americana is a species of grasshopper in the family Acrididae known commonly as the American grasshopper (Schistocerca americana) and American bird grasshopper. It is native to North America, where it occurs in the eastern United States, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
